We hired Dependable Carpet to clean our carpets before our daughter was to be married. Although we contacted Mr. Plante last minute, he understood the bind that we were in and scheduled time to make sure our carpets would be ready for the Wedding.
Mike was right on time, quickly and professionally cleaned our carpets and for a price that I was extreemly happy with.
Our Daughter's Wedding went off without a hitch, she was beautiful. Our guests thought that we had brand new carpeting because Dependable Carpet did such a nice job.

Great Job, Very Courteous

We had Dependable Carpet install a new carpet in my raised ranch in July of 2009. We had another company come out before we called Mike because they promised the best quality and low prices. The other company was pushy and did not produce what they had promised in their TV ad. Dependable Carpet on the other hand came to my home, measured the area that I wanted carpeted and gave me a written estimate. After comparing the two estimates that I received, I noticed that Dependable Carpet's called for almost 12 yd2 less than the other company's estimate. I called an asked why this was. Mike explained that he measured the carpet so that there would be as little waist as possible and this would also limit the number of seams that I would need to have, unfortunately, with the size of my home I had to have a seam.

I could not have been more pleased. Mike and his helper from Dependable Carpet actually arrived 10 minutes early to the job. They were neatly dressed, well groomed, and did not use profanities during the job (although when Mike hit his head on a wall-mounted shelf that I have, I think that he wanted to.). Mike and his helper worked quickly and efficiently and had the whole job done in about 2½ - 3 hours, much quicker than I thought. They even vacuumed the carpet and removed the scraps and trash from my home. Now that we moved all of the furniture back into the rooms I could not be any happier. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and work-ethic provided by Dependable Carpet and in the future, they will be the first company that I call for my carpeting needs.
